I was reviewing commentaries, especially for verse 10. Be still doesn’t mean be calm or sit quietly, though that could be one level of meaning. It is more like, Surrender, stop fighting me and know that I am God (not you). I need that reminder regularly, when I step in and try to do it (whatever) on my own.
If I know my geography, there is no river in Jerusalem, streams but not like the River Jordan. God provides the river, of living water. What refreshment, cool water!
