Ezekiel 45-46

Dear RTB’ers,

Today’s reading is like going back in time from two years ago – back to Leviticus for the animal sacrifices and feasts. But today’s reading is in the future, in the new temple and the new Jerusalem, what God has in store for His people.

One unusual phrase struck me today, “as much as he is able”, spoken three times (vv. 46:5, 7, 11), and always with respect to the grain offering with the lambs. The grain offering with the bulls and the rams was specified as an ephah. Sounds like a freewill offering with the lambs…

D-Day today. An important every-year remembrance for us. Where would we be today if  the D-Day mission had failed…?

Blessings.

Fred
